5.4 Listings must not include illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content, including cloned vehicles or tampered odometers.
6.1 MotoMart.im offers both free and paid listing options. Paid listings may include enhanced visibility, featured placement, or homepage promotion.
6.2 Paid promotional slots such as “Car of the Week” or homepage features are subject to availability and may be removed or modified at our discretion.
6.3 Purchasing a premium listing or feature guarantees visibility within the chosen slot but does not guarantee enquiries, leads, or sales.
6.4 All paid services are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy (see Section 7).
7.1 Fees for listings, premium features, and advertising are non-refundable once the service has gone live.
7.2 If a listing cannot be published due to an error or technical fault on our part, we may offer either an extension or refund at our discretion.
7.3 Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are given.
7.4 Where applicable law provides a cooling-off period, it will apply unless the service has already been activated.

9.3 The resulting report represents the inspector’s professional opinion based on the inspection date. It is not a warranty or guarantee of future reliability.
9.4 MotoMart.im accepts no responsibility for hidden defects or faults arising after the inspection.
9.5 Fees for Vehicle Checks are non-refundable once the inspection is completed.
9.6 Reports are for personal use and must not be reproduced by third parties without consent.
10.1 MotoMart.im may display advertisements, promotions, or links to external services.
10.2 These are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse or guarantee any third-party service.
10.3 All third-party transactions are governed by the provider’s terms and conditions.
